We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Trading Assistant to join our team here at Harrods. You will provide support to the Online Trading team including data governance, efficient management of product merchandising, trade reporting, managing stakeholder communications and executing trading actions.
About the Role
The Online Trading Assistant will perform regular on-site checks of newly published lines, QA of product imagery and copy, attributes well maintained, as well as maintain and merchandise category pages with the new products that have been published.
You will also:
- Support with brand communications
- Conduct competitor site reviews
- Use web analytics data from Google Analytics to identify insights and actions from the reports
- Use the merchandising tool to implement appropriate curations to help improve key .com KPI
About You
The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset (retail and E-Commerce experience is preferred) and previous experience with Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. It is important in this role to have strong attention to detail and be confident when it comes to stakeholder management.
We are also looking for someone who has clear communication skills both written and verbal and has the ability to multitask. You must be a team player with excellent time management skills and the desire to learn and grow.
