We are now looking for a Foodhalls Leadership Graduate to join Harrods in a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure across both retail operations and commercial functions. By working within both teams, you’ll gain valuable insights into the end-to-end process – from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to merchandising and delivering value to customers. This rounded experience ensures you develop a deep commercial awareness and the versatility needed to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
About the Role
You’ll play an integral role in supporting the Foodhall leadership team while developing a deep understanding of Harrods’ world-renowned Food & Beverage operation. Working closely with Department Managers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across operational delivery, food safety, commercial performance, and customer service.
You’ll take ownership of projects within a specific buying category, gaining insight into both the commercial and customer-facing aspects of the business. With a people-first approach, you’ll build strong relationships across teams, support colleague development, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Visible on the shop floor and driven by curiosity, you’ll be encouraged to lead by example, challenge the status quo, and bring fresh thinking to a fast-paced retail environment – helping to shape the future of food retail at Harrods.
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week. Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.
