We are recruiting a part time Divisional Coordinator to join our high-performing Food Halls team in our iconic Knightsbridge store, supporting operational excellence within a globally recognised luxury brand. In this role, you will ensure seamless processes that enable our teams to deliver the world-class customer experiences Harrods is known for.
About The Role
As a Divisional Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of the Food Halls, enabling teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong operational foundations. Working closely with management, you will coordinate scheduling, communication, reporting and administrative processes, while building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. You will also:
- Support rotas, daily deployment and training schedules
- Coordinate team communications, briefings and updates
- Provide administrative and HR support, including onboarding and meetings
- Collate KPIs, reporting and customer insight
- Ensure efficient, consistent operational processes across the division
This role is fully site-based, working 2 days per week across Monday to Friday.
