Sales Associate – Heathrow Airport (Cartier)
Our team at Cartier is currently looking for a Sales Associate to join them in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. You\’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that works collaboratively and shares the demands of a fast-paced airport retail environment.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing world-class customer service while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our Cartier product range. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products will be key to driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.
Please note, due to the location of this role, all successful applicants will need to provide satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass.
Due to the current unprecedented demand on the Airport ID unit, new airside pass applications are currently taking approximately 5 months from point of application. Further details regarding timeframes will be provided at interview stage.
This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.
About You
We\’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and brings a client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with jewellery or premium accessories
- Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
- Excellent client relationship skills with a focus on delivering world-class service
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
