About the Role

As a Buyer, you will take ownership of building a compelling, commercially successful product range that reflects our brand ambition and delights our customers. You will manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through to launch - while collaborating with key internal teams and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end‑to‑end product development process, ensuring all milestones in the critical path are met.
  • Managing the range plan and OTB to create a strong, customer‑focused product strategy across all channels.
  • Building and maintaining productive supplier relationships, negotiating effectively and identifying new sourcing opportunities.
  • Analysing trade performance and customer trends to drive commercial decisions and maximise sales and margin.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with Design, Technical, Merchandising, Retail, E‑Commerce, VM and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand execution.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on‑site or have a mix of on‑site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‑site, depending on business needs.

About You

You will be an experienced Buyer who is passionate about product, highly commercial, and confident in leading the development of meaningful ranges. You bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence at all levels. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing creativity with commercial insight, and you’re motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership style inspires and develops those around you, and you’re committed to upholding our values in everything you do.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in Own Label buying, ideally within luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical capability and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
