We are currently looking for a Production Manager to join our in-house Production Kitchen here at Harrods. As Production Manager you will be responsible for leading a passionate, supportive, and award-winning team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.
Responsibilities
- The Production Manager will oversee day to day food manufacturing operations of our in-house Production Kitchen, whilst also acting as a supporting lead for a large change management project within this business area.
- This role involves planning and coordinating production schedules to meet quality and efficiency standards, managing a team of supervisors and operators, and ensuring smooth production flow by collaborating with other departments e.g. Food Technical and Health and Safety.
- The Production Manager will implement quality control measures, maintain health and safety regulations, and analyse production data to optimize performance.
About You / Qualifications
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader at a senior management level, with a proven track record in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- You’ll need to be experienced in leading and overseeing large scale transformation projects and have strong people influencing skills.
- Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and be proficient in production management software.
- Excel in effective communication and demonstrate a proactive, results-driven approach to continuous improvement.
- Have an IOSH certification and at least a Level 3 Food Safety certification, with a relevant degree level qualification being highly desirable.
