Based at London Stansted Airport, Air Harrods offers several bespoke aircraft services to complement those of Harrods Aviation. Like Harrods’ Knightsbridge store, Air Harrods can fulfil the most specialised requests – Helicopter Management and Operations of VVIP Helicopters, maintaining the pristine condition of your helicopter and supplying the pilot to fly it, to brokering a VIP charter and arranging an executive transfer at your destination. Pilot – AW139 Permanent, Stansted Working within a small and dedicated team, we are seeking a proficient individual to fly Multi Pilot to support our VVIP clients, mainly within the UK and near Europe. THE ROLE As an experienced pilot, you will fly either as PF or PM, providing a discreet and professional service and will be responsible for the safe operation of the flight, flying in accordance with our Part NCC Operations Manual and the relevant regulatory authorities, whilst providing an exceptional high standard of service to our discerning clients. Integrating within the team and carrying out non-flying duties in the Stansted office is also an essential part of this role. THE HOURS This a full-time role, based on 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required for actual working hours as these are dictated by the customer requirements. Due to this, the successful candidate will need to reside within easy reach of Stansted airport, when on duty. The role will work on a roster pattern in order to provide cover and will include working weekends and bank holidays. Travel between bases and to customers or events and overseas will be necessary. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will hold a valid UK ATPL (H) and a current AW139 MP Rating. You will have a minimum of 5000 total flight hours. Experience of Corporate/VVIP onshore flying is highly desirable. The role requires a confident, enthusiastic individual with a willing personality and sense of humour who is adaptable and flexible to changes at short notice. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong numeracy skills and attention to detail are all required. The role will include travel domestically and internationally therefore an unrestricted passport and a full UK driving licence is an essential requirement.as is holding the right to live and work in the UK. You will also need to have a 5 year checkable history in order to obtain an airport ID pass.
