About the Role
We\’re seeking motivated self-employed Logistics Sortation Workers to support parcel processing at our Newburn depot. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy early starts and want flexible work that fits around other jobs, studies, or personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately scan and sort parcels within the depot
• Use handheld scanners to log and track all items
• Ensure parcels are placed in the correct cages or routes
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment
• Work independently while meeting required productivity levels

What We\’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual, especially with early start times
• Good physical fitness — ability to lift and move parcels
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and follow sortation guidelines
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience beneficial but not essential
