The predicted salary is between 18900 - 23100 £ per year.
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join the team on the PM shift. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties, such as loading vehicles in a safe, organised and timely manner and ensuring Mattress bays are kept clear.
Hours: Mon – Thurs 1.30pm – 9.45pm and Friday 12pm – 7pm
Location: Westland Road, Beeston Leeds. LS11 5SB
Key Responsibilities:
- Transferring finished products from the factory floor, storing them in the correct bay location.
- To ensure products are handled with upmost care and attention and reporting in the first instance any quality issues.
- Ensure items are moved, loaded or stored are all scanned in real time, located correctly and accurately.
- Loading vehicles with products for the next day's delivery.
- Using a scanning system to locate products.
- General housekeeping.
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- Great position for someone wanting to start or continue their career in a busy manufacturing environment.
- The role will be extremely varied and fast paced with heavy handling.
- You'll work as part of a team with support from a cross section of departments as well as opportunities for training and development.
- Warehouse experience preferable.
- Comfortable with manual handling although full training will be given.
- Good communication skills.
