The Opportunity

As Account Director, you'll sit at the heart of the business–client relationship. Your mission is to move accounts beyond traditional supplier models and turn them into long-term, strategic partnerships that deliver value on both sides. You'll act as the senior commercial and operational lead for key accounts — trusted by clients, respected internally, and empowered to challenge the status quo. What You'll Be Responsible For

What We're Looking For

You'll be an experienced, commercially astute Account Director who brings energy, credibility, and a passion for service delivery. You'll likely have:

  • At least 5 years' experience within POS manufacture or supply.
  • A proven track record in account leadership and service delivery within complex environments.
  • Strong experience managing and influencing senior client stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, including contract management, governance, and financial performance.
  • Experience leading, developing, and inspiring teams.
  • A history of transforming client relationships and delivering innovation and continuous improvement.
