We are working with a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation to recruit a Compliance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to join a dynamic operational environment and play a key role in driving standards, governance, and continuous improvement across the business.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust compliance frameworks across the organisation. You will ensure adherence to relevant regulatory, legal, quality, environmental, and safety standards, while supporting operational teams in embedding best practice. This role offers broad exposure across manufacturing operations and the opportunity to influence culture, process, and performance at a strategic and operational level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, standards, and internal governance requirements
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections
- Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on compliance performance metrics to senior leadership
- Support quality, environmental, health & safety, and regulatory initiatives
