Substantial growth has resulted in the need for someone to take ownership of the planning, co-ordinating and controlling of all production processes. This role will ensure that all goods and services are produced efficiently, correctly, cost effectively, on time and at the appropriate level of quality.

Core Management Duties

  • To lead by example and role model respectful and professional behaviour in the workplace.
  • To effectively plan, schedule and manage workload for production requirements.
  • To work in conjunction with the Installations manager to efficiently plan resource for both production and installations, agreeing relevant actions where appropriate.
  • To support, delegate and operationally manage employees within production.
  • To coach, train and instruct less experienced members of the team.
  • To display a positive 'can do' attitude and aim to deliver exceptional service.
  • To build and develop excellent working relationships with all teams to ensure there is a two-way flow of information ensuring collaborative working to deliver for the client.
  • To actively promote the core values of the business at all times.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge

  • Ideally a good understanding of large format digital print, graphics and production processes, however candidates with a background in all print sectors will be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop and maintain positive relationships within and outside the Company.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet client needs.
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail. Commercially astute.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive and 'can do' approach and an ability to be adaptable to business needs.
