What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines to produce packaging products
- Ensure colour accuracy, print quality, and consistency
- Set up jobs: prepare plates, ink, anilox rolls, etc.
- Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and perform basic troubleshooting
- Conduct quality checks throughout production; maintain clean and safe working practices
- Work collaboratively with the production team, design / pre-press, and quality departments to hit deadlines and deliver exceptional results
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a flexographic printer
- Solid understanding of printing processes, colour matching, adhesives, substrates, etc.
- Ability to set up and maintain machinery, including small maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team under production targets
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, when required
