We have a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about print to join an established and progressive business. We are looking for a hard working candidate who goes above and beyond to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibility will be to take ownership of each job assigned, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, meeting appropriate service level agreements.
Setting web machinery in accordance with the works’ instructions, you will ensure:
• the quality of finished work and compliance with ISO, BRC and any other standards and operating procedures;
• the machine is running at its optimum to maximise efficiencies;
• the machine is fully compliant to all Health and Safety requirements;
• all information relating to the machine output is recorded correctly.
You must have recent, relevant and proven machine minder experience – making ready and running web printing equipment, and an ability to:
• work under pressure whilst looking for continual improvements;
• act on own initiative and adapt quickly to change;
• understand and carry out instructions.
• work well within a small team with good listening and communication skills;
• work unsupervised with a flexible approach to working hours.
