This role offers an opportunity for someone attentive to detail and quality to work around the clock on confidential and sensitive documents for the company\’s global client base. The typesetter will investigate and implement new products, markets, and services to enhance the company\’s typesetting offerings. Candidates should be confident with technical concepts and equipment and have an interest in new products and innovation.
Job Summary:
- Typesetting of financial documents in 3B2 and InDesign
- Creation and manipulation of PDFs for customer review and approval
- Conversion of supplied files to EDGAR HTML for SEC filing
- Reading and copy-checking against manuscripts and Word mark-ups
Skills and Profile:
- Working knowledge of 3B2 is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Experience with code-driven typesetting systems is preferable
- Experience in financial printing and corporate reporting markets
- Knowledge of Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience typesetting and designing company reports and accounts is a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of SEC EDGAR filing is preferable
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Experience in data manipulation within Excel is advantageous
- Knowledge of 3B2, InDesign CS4-CC, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Pitstop, PrintShop Mail, GoFiler, Dreamweaver, Jade, Abbey FineReader
- Confident in dealing with customers if required
