The role involves generating leads, opportunities, and closing sales with new and existing accounts throughout the UK, aiming to meet sales targets for Narrow Web Customers. You will establish, develop, and manage technical and commercial relationships with customers, providing technical service support to ensure a superior customer experience.
You will also manage accounts and work with the Commercial Director and Technical Manager to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables, and/or printing (Flexographic, Offset, Screen, or Gravure).
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proven success in new business growth.
- Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools.
- IT skills – proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
