A high quality print solutions provider is looking to expand its team through the appointment of a Production Controller who will have a complete overview on demand and priorities to fulfil.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with both the production and client services teams, you will process customer orders regarding the specification, production methods, artwork requirements, production scheduling and price for future work and work in progress.
- You will also assist in the delivery process, obtaining delivery information and delivery instructions from the customer, and liaison with dispatch by providing a daily delivery requirement list for outwork.

- The candidate needs to be an organised individual, able to quickly understand detailed instructions and relay this information in a clear, concise and unambiguous way.
- They should be proactive and be prepared to challenge, in an appropriate way, information that does not appear to be meeting the customers’ requirements, ensuring they are provided with the instructions and information they require to do their job effectively.
- Acting as the link between sales, production, design and logistics, strong communication skills are essential.
