Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external contacts, updating customers, fellow account managers and the production team.
- Speak with clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Listen to customers and ask questions to gain a better understanding of their needs.
- Use a strong understanding of the printing industry to work with customers and suggest solutions from our client’s product range.
- Put together quotes for qualified leads, both large and small bespoke projects, and follow up these quotes at a suitable time.
- Process quotes in a timely manner, demonstrating efficient time management.
