An exciting opportunity has arisen within a small but fast-paced print and design studio. They are seeking to expand the business and your contribution will result in direct financial benefits.
The key requirement for this client manager role is to be a main point of contact for clients and finding solutions to match their requirements; whilst maximising business opportunities and customer satisfaction. The role will deal primarily with new and existing clients on the phone, by email and face to face in the Studio, but will also involve proactively looking for new opportunities. This business is strongly service driven and strives to offer solutions that match and then exceed clients’ needs and expectations.
We are looking for someone that will show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a real desire to provide outstanding client service, be highly self-motivated and determined to succeed. You will also have a keen eye for detail, high levels of energy and a sense of fun; whilst being able to work using own initiative. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, in an often demanding environment. IT literacy and experience of the printing, digital and business communications industry in a customer-facing environment will of course be key.
