We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected packaging manufacturer that continues to invest in people, machinery and quality. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Slitter Operator to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate slitting machinery to convert large rolls of material into narrower rolls to meet customer specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to ensure consistent output and minimal waste.
  • Conduct regular quality checks, including inspection of slits, alignment, tension, and roll presentation.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all production documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Work safely and adhere to all site health & safety protocols.
