Our client has an impressive production facility, where every process is done in house using state of the art equipment. This ability to design and manufacture everything under the one roof ensures products are built around the needs of clients.
They are looking for a consistent and reliable manager to take responsibility for the shop floor. The aim of this role will be to manage and mentor staff, creating a team atmosphere and instilling a culture of pride and ownership in the display products made. You will ensure that all projects are produced at the optimum speeds whilst minimising waste and maintaining quality and consistency. Our client needs a strong leader with a great attitude to set the standards of work to a high level, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
This Shop Floor Manager is pivotal in driving cultural and quality change within the production facility through the implementation of best practice processes and techniques.
This role will require an outstanding understanding of the current trends within the world of large format print and an insight into the future of the industry. We are looking for candidates with an in-depth knowledge of the industry, allowing to thoroughly comprehend all job types, from the small, time consuming ones, right through to the huge corporate accounts.
