A well invested printing company is looking to fill a role within its production team.

Our client is looking for a results and quality focused individual with strong communication skills to take full responsibility of the shift in terms of the management of people, the management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production process.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong problem solving & decision-making skills, have a continuous improvement mind-set and a focus on health & safety in order to ensure optimum performance and achievement of budget objectives by being responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between employees and the Production Manager.

Candidates must have experience in a Supervisory/Team Leader role within the printing industry.
