Company Overview:We are working with a highly successful printing company which offers a comprehensive range of solutions designed around client needs. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority and they achieve this by having a fantastic team in place and through providing outstanding service and quality.

Responsibilities:They are looking for a commercially aware Senior Account Manager to take responsibility for managing the relationship with some of their key clients, acting as the primary contact and ensuring their requests are delivered to the highest standard.

This role will have you liaising with all stakeholders daily; developing and writing new briefs; ensuring smooth management of all campaigns, and that all client delivery deadlines are managed. Strong numeracy skills will be needed to provide accurate estimating, invoicing and monthly budget reconciliation; for understanding client budgets to support delivery of their print campaigns; and identifying and maximising cost saving opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to workload and task allocation. You must be creative with strong problem‐solving skills, capable of resolving any issues, embracing change and offering innovative thinking.
