Our client is looking for someone with good technical knowledge of digital printing along with strong finishing experience. You must take a proactive approach in ensuring consistency of print and finishing quality for every job.

A Good Mentor…
A good mentor will exhibit the personal attributes it takes to succeed. You will show the existing production manager what it takes to be productive and successful in the world of digital printing. It goes without saying that as a mentor, you are regarded as an expert in your field. But you must be able to clearly explain what you know and take the time to do it. Communicate the intricate details in a way that makes sense and so they can be learned from.
A good mentor will be approachable, ready to listen, be open minded and provide sound advice. Honest guidance while ensuring our client's current production manager takes the reins and makes their own decisions as to next steps or the best course of action.
