Role Function:
- Servicing and handling accounts.
- Responding to customer inquiries / advising of appropriate products, (training provided).
- Supporting outside sales to a high level and to maximise profit opportunities.
- Delivery planning and stock follow-up.
- Sales planning entry.
- Customer basic data maintenance.
- Invoicing deliveries from stocks and terminals.
- Credit limits entry, payment follow-up and statistics.
- Technical customer service claims entry.
Key Skills Required:
- Professional telephone manner β very customer focused with the ability to maintain excellent, long term, customer relations.
- Experience working on computerised stock control systems β managing stock levels, invoicing, credit control, weekly and monthly figures, customer diary and information on balances etc.
