We seek a high calibre Account Manager to actively support and assist in growing our client’s business, to ensure the achievement of budgeted profit in an environment that delivers operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that clients are dealt with in a proactive, professional manner and that their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Ensure that our client delivers a service in line with our clients’ business objectives creating advantage for our clients wherever possible.
- Working in partnership with client contacts you will ensure that the delivery of all services is in line with expectations and contractual obligations.
- Develop long‑term sustainable relationships with key decision makers in client organisations.
- Ensure that our client is fully appraised of new developments within the marketplace.
- Responsible for overall financial performance of the service line(s).
- Agree budgets, track and update all associated service line P&L’s.
- Carry out reforecast as appropriate.
- Assist in identifying and delivering opportunities for business growth.
- Be involved in negotiating business proposals.
