Ideal Location: Commutable distance to the Stoke On Trent area – role requires to be based on-site on appointment / while training and at least 2/3 days a week when established in position.
Full Product and Manufacturing Process training will be provided; the Client is committed to investing in the time to mentor & develop the successful candidate.
Our established Client is experiencing significant growth within their sector of Paper Packaging within the leading Grocery Retailer, Fast Food Chain, Plant Bakery, Distributor and Consolidator markets. This position is being created as part of the company’s wider succession planning and to add to the existing Sales Team as the company expands and looks to increase capacity with additional Paper Bag Machinery – currently producing c.15m bags per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the packaging sector.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain manufacturing processes to potential customers.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the team’s growth.
- Adapt quickly to new product lines and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales flair and enthusiasm.
- Experience in print, packaging or paper sectors preferred.
- Able to learn quickly about new products and customers.
- Resident in the UK.
