Our client, a specialist high quality print and communications company whose cutting-edge facility is looking for a Sales Manager who displays motivating leadership skills to run their dynamic sales team.
This sales manager position will be required for developing business plans and strategies to expand our client’s customer base and maximise income for the company. There will be a large degree of organisation and planning as one of your key responsibilities will be to direct your team towards set departmental and company goals.
This vacancy differs from many other sales vacancies -where most focus on what business a candidate can bring, the key focus of this role is leading the team. We are looking for candidates with an exemplary track record of developing performing sales teams and the capacity to nurture the sales team, reviewing strategies, systems and performance management criteria.
