We have an opportunity to join a labels supplier with a strong heritage and a focus on innovation. This client has acknowledged the importance to continuously evolve along with its customers, to meet the changing needs of the consumer with speed and agility.
This partner to some of the biggest names in British retail is looking for a Sales Manager to successfully lead a team of 5 salespeople and help take the business to the next level. The objective of the role will be to design and implement the strategic sales plan, to expand the existing customer base and ensure the companyβs strong presence. You will actively manage the sales team with a focus on achieving set objectives β developing talent, monitoring performance and driving success. Our client is looking for someone with a personality that inspires people to succeed β dynamic, energetic and passionate about the work you do. You will be eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and improve company turnover through the management of your sales team.
This role will also require you to bring business through the identification of prospects, the establishment of contact and the development of relationship. You must therefore have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation, internally and externally. A strong business sense and a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close will be key.
Coming from a labels background, with successful experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager, you will be able to offer invaluable advice to your team and to clients. Knowledge of RFID would be a distinct advantage but not a pre-requisite.
