Our client is a renowned luxury printer that employs traditional techniques—engraving, foiling, embossing, die-stamping, gilding, lithography—ensuring every detail is crafted on-site for superior quality.
As Sales Executive, you will generate new business, nurture client relationships, and champion our client’s premium bespoke printing services. From initial enquiry through to delivery, you\’ll provide tailored solutions and seamless project management, ensuring consistent growth and exceptional client satisfaction. You’ll report directly to the Sales Manager and be a pivotal face of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Development –
• Proactively identify and engage new business leads via inbound enquiries, outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in private, corporate, agency, and commercial sectors.
• Analyse client needs and recommend suitable solutions across our full suite of luxury printing techniques.
• Prepare proposals, deliver quotes, follow up to secure orders, and achieve sales targets.
•Attend client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
Client Communication & Project Support –
• Manage end-to-end client relationships: clarify requirements, set timelines, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with production to ensure every order meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Keep detailed notes in our systems, ensuring accurate records of client communications and project statuses.
• Handle sample collection and presentation for client meetings and quotations.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven track record in print sales, ideally to a luxury market
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a printing company or luxury retail.
• Excellent relationship-building skills—able to inspire trust and guide clients with clarity and care.
• Strong eye for detail and quality standards—confident in reviewing visual output and print specs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and commercial acumen.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously.
