Our client is an outstanding company with a number of blue chip customers demanding the best. Their print services and levels of customer care are second to none.
This company values the satisfaction of their staff, and therefore provides high levels of training and support to help their sales professionals achieve success. However, the ideal candidate must have already established themselves in the print sector, and have a proven track record of sales and new account generation. It is also fundamental to portray the following characteristics:
- An excellent communicator
- Emotional intelligence – behavioural management, sensitivity, listening skills, empathy, people skills, diplomacy
- Financial acumen – P&L, budgeting, forecasting
- Team player – information reporting
Our client believes in modest basic (£40k) and high OTE to guarantee a continuous effort of drive and ambition.
