Our client, one of the longest established printers in the South is looking for someone with an appreciation for digital printing to manage their repro department, ensuring a continuous high level of standards is met.
The role of Repro Manager will be expected to control both the workflow and workforce through effective communication, coordination and delegation. Colour management, quality control and the maintenance of equipment and the premises will be of the upmost importance, therefore a keen eye for attention to detail is key in delivering high quality products. Implementing and devising new initiatives geared towards operational excellence, whilst keeping within agreed budgets, will be a key responsibility.
