One of the key players within the industry in which it operates is looking for a new addition to their quality department. Our client invents, develops, designs and manufactures tailor made packaging solutions to several key markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lean manufacturing and supply chain operations focused company which prides itself on delivering high quality products on time. It recognises and values its employees, giving them the tools required to perform their best.
They are looking for a quality engineer with experience working of working in a manufacturing environment; able to read product drawings; knowledge of key Quality tools such as Fishbone diagram, 5 why, SPC, capability studies, Pareto analysis, auditing and understanding of ISO9001.
This role will be responsible for leading the investigation of production quality issues; ensuring no delay to product output due to quality; and continually improve the quality processes to enhance product and service. They are looking for a logical thinker who can think outside the box, initiating and implementing problems to reduce waste and repeat complaints.
