Due to recent investment in the latest print & mail technology, coupled with significant ‘post-pandemic’ company growth, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Production Team Leader with a proven track record managing a direct mail production team within a demanding environment. We are looking for a strong communicator with an ability to liaise with colleagues and peers effectively. You must also be a cooperative team player, providing support to other members, showing a positive team attitude and a willingness to assist in order to complete departmental workload.
Managing and coordinating the performance, efficiency and profitability of the production department, daily duties will include:
