A printing company, providing high impact, inspirational quality screen, digital and litho print solutions, has an opening for a Production Planner Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

This role will comprise of attending daily production meetings, reporting to the Production Director and managing the day to day production planning in the business, dealing with all machine supervisors and seeing each and every job through the factory.

Duties will include: –
• Managing the complete production process from conception through to delivery and invoicing
• Producing job bags/works instruction using the MIS system
• Liaising and communicating with a multitude of clients on a daily basis
• Building client relationships

This hands-on role requires a highly organised individual who is confident in their ability to multi task. You must have a proven record of successful managing projects, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of developing actionable solutions to problems. People skills are essential, for dealing with external clients and efficiently communicating amongst the production team and liaising with account managers.

Ultimately, an efficient Production Planner will increase activity and revenue on existing accounts, so we are looking for someone who is on the ball, with a successful proven track record in a similar role.
