An exciting opportunity exists within an award-winning point of sale and print production provider which delivers outstanding solutions. They are currently expanding their service offering with the addition of a FSDU division. Our client is looking for an adept Production Manager to join their dynamic team, overseeing the print production, delivery process, and operations functions for all FSDU projects submitted to clients. Using your extensive knowledge of briefing, proofing, producing, finishing, and installing outputs, you will ensure smooth workflow and manage clients’ jobs on budget, on time, and with the highest level of service and quality. As the main point of contact between production and the client management team, you will demonstrate high-level communication skills, both written and verbally, and form strong working relationships. You will show a positive attitude towards the company’s progressive approach to all subordinates and fellow managers. We are looking for an adaptable individual, as daily duties will involve both a supervisory and hands-on approach. Standout candidates will be forward-thinking individuals who look beyond the status quo and are capable of solving tough problems. This role needs someone who is flexible, hardworking, and dedicated, motivated by working under pressure in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.
