Our client is a major player in the industry it serves. They are currently seeking an individual with great efficiency and attention to detail to support the Short Run Factory Manager and the Work flow Coordinator in the day to day running of Short Run Factory for the department to achieve Service Level Agreement in a manner that maximizes the productivity and effectiveness of the department.
Responsibilities
• Receives instruction from the SRF Manager and the Work Flow Coordinator to assist in the implementation of the Enclosing plan.
• Escalates any issues to the SRF Manager and the Work Flow Coordinator
• Escalates any stock issues to the SRF Manager and Work Flow Coordinator
• Highlight any inefficiency within the SRF area to the SRF Manager and work together to resolve.
• Liaise with Warehouse, Production Admin, Print and Mail, Quality, Client Services and other departments as necessary.
• Ensure the quality of output is to company high standards, reporting any concerns or issues to the SRF Manager
• Ensure the SRF area is clean and tidy at all times in line with supporting health and safety regulations.
• Assist the SRF Manager and Work Flow Coordinator in achieving 100% SLA performance .
