A leading printing and packaging solutions company is looking to expand its team through the appointment of a Production Planner who will have a complete overview of the demand and priorities to fulfil in the given areas/production sites.

Responsibilities

Liaise with the Production Manager and production staff.

Process customer orders regarding specification, production methods, artwork requirements, production scheduling and pricing for future work and work in progress.

Assist in the delivery process, obtaining delivery information and instructions from the customer, and liaise with dispatch by providing a daily delivery requirement list for outwork.

Act as the link between sales, production, design and logistics to ensure clear, concise communication.

Maximise production efficiency and ensure all customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

Organised individual, able to quickly understand detailed instructions and relay this information clearly.

Proactive and prepared to challenge information that does not meet customers\’ requirements.

Strong communication skills essential.

Successful proven track record in a similar role.

Ultimately, an efficient Production Planner will maximise efficiency, and we are looking for someone who is on the ball, with a successful proven track record in a similar role.
