Purpose of role
The operation of production machinery and completion of non-machinery tasks, within the quality focused high volume and demanding continuous production environment. You will be exposed to 5A and Lean principles and will be expected to comply and exhibit behaviours consistent with 5S and Lean.
The individual must be a self-starter, able to be cross-trained on multiple pieces of equipment (high and low speed), a team player, organised, and results oriented with exceptional work habits. Physical stamina, flexibility in work schedule, and decision-making ability are also required.
