The objective of this business development role is to grow their presence in the Midlands and South East England in markets such as toiletries, confectionery, giftware, and food. This producer of alluring, functional, and innovative printed cartons is seeking someone with extensive experience in this field. The ideal candidate will be creatively-minded, capable of thinking outside the box, and will relish the challenges posed by customers.

Striving for maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, you will establish plans and strategies to expand the client base and contribute to organizational development.

This sales role involves identifying new growth opportunities, creating detailed proposals based on specific customer requirements, and following up to convert proposals into sales. You will use initiative to develop new methods, strategies, and techniques to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
