This is a rarely available opportunity for a results driven, high calibre Sales Director to join the Board and be part of a senior management team and contributing to the development and implementation of the future strategy for this successful business.

This market-leader is looking for a strategic thinker who will formulate and implement sales strategies that improve their competitive position and profitability, and who will make a valuable contribution to wider board discussions.

Candidates must come from, and show, a real passion for the industry, and be able to impress with knowledge of relevant technologies. The client is specifically looking for candidates with a strong IT background i.e. MIS, Workflow, Prepress, Web2Print etc. software expertise.

They will also consider candidates currently part of an innovative, technology-lead organisation that supply to the printing industry, i.e. software or equipment.

The Sales Director will receive a salary of £70k to £80k pa, which along with a high attractive bonus structure, will give you the capacity to earn a six figure plus package.
