Our client uses the latest technology in print to offer clients a full range of services. They deliver top quality products on time, every time, demanding commitment and organisation. They have the skills, dedication and structure to ensure the correct procedures are followed.

We are tasked with finding a forward-thinking print production expert who will maintain these standards, managing all production methods while driving productivity. This senior managerial role will focus on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality and exceeding customers' high expectations. Implementing a lean culture on site while driving continuous improvements will be key.

The Production Director will lead a team of departmental managers and production staff, including Job Management, Pre-Press, Printing, Finishing, Fulfilment, Stock and Delivery. Your role will be to ensure a safe and healthy working environment is provided and maintained for these employees within the department.

We are looking for a confident, switched-on professional who is not only self-driven, but who is also a team player. You must work with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with any guidelines. Numeracy skills and a strong commercial acumen are key, ensuring financial targets within the production department are met. Senior Production Management experience within the printing industry is essential.
