A large print andpackaging group with offices in West Yorkshire is looking for a buyer to notonly purchase outside work but also other products for the business. Candidatescan either be in a role dedicated to buying or in production control which incorporatesan element of buying.

Youwill leverage your industry knowledge and networking skills to build supplierrelationships & managing contracts with key suppliers to drive bestpossible results. We are looking for someone who stands out from the crowd interms of their communication and interpersonal skills. Building sustainablerelationships with suppliers will be key to not only making your mark in thisrole, but in the company as a whole.

Suchexemplary communication skills will also come into hand with liaisinginternally, as you will be working closely with sales, product marketing,design and production teams.

Candidates negotiation skills must be second-to-none, as it will be the buyer’s duty to ensure all materials are purchased at the most competitive price and delivery, and quality & service delivered by suppliers meet the required standards for all projects. You will also be an organised individual, responsible for end to end associated administration.
