A leading printing company has a key opening within its senior management team. This is an unmissable opportunity for a target-driven high calibre Operations Director to contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, ensuring the company achieves its short and long term objectives.

This forward thinking organisation is looking for a strategic thinker who will ensure organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for the site’s functions.

The role of Operations Director will play a key part in setting the strategy for growth, taking ownership of specific key initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes. You will effectively control and manage set objectives, ensuring client requirements are always met. Successful candidates will be highly ambitious, exhibit a confident ability to manage change, and have a hunger to play a part in the company’s long-term success through the delivery of improvements in working practices. Our client is looking for someone who really stands out from the crowd – someone who can develop innovative solutions that push boundaries.

Managing a large team of staff will be a key part of this role, therefore this role requires someone who can command authority and gain respect from colleagues. Candidates must have experience managing a workforce of at least 30.
