One of the UK’s leading printing companies is looking to recruit an experienced finishing operator with good skills on guillotines, folders and stitchers.

The objective of this role is to ensure all jobs are delivered successfully through effective workload management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver against internal KPIs & SLAs and other targets to meet contractual obligations

• Manage end to end production workflow including associated communications, ensuring quality procedures are followed throughout the production cycle, and products are delivered on time

Skills

• Ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables

• Manage workload effectively, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge, grow and develop.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and ability to work independently

• Proactive approach – always willing to learn and working to improve processes to ensure efficiency for the business

• Ability to communicate efficiently and build rapport with departments across the wider business & external suppliers

• Flexible in your approach to workload and task allocation

• Extensive knowledge of Lithographic Print & Finishing processes is desirable
