Role Overview

The Finishing Manager will be fully conversant in cutting, creasing, gluing and folding up to B1 size, and well learned of accurate timings for different finishing requirements. Experience handling food and / or pharma jobs will set you above the rest.

This hands‑on role will require you to run the total finishing operation, focusing on day to day management of workflow and staff.

We are looking for an individual capable of taking the reins of the department; someone who can authentically lead and motivate staff. A background in working within a fast-paced print finishing environment will have allowed you to develop the skills and ability to work to short lead times whilst achieving the highest level of quality, on budget. Previous managerial experience will have also given you the capacity to develop a consciousness to continually improve productivity and efficiencies.
