Job Role Includes:

  • Liaising with Sales team on client specifications
  • Calculating prices
  • Liaising with suppliers – in person, via phone and/or email
  • Managing suppliers and negotiating the best rates
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Liaising with the studio to sort proofs
  • Managing workflow
  • Liaising with Production on supply/delivery dates

Person Specification:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a buying role
  • Estimating experience
  • Excellent maths and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Computer literate
  • IMPRINT / manufacturing software experience would be favourable
  • Able to manage your workload/priorities
