- Prepare estimates for all production jobs based on customer specifications as received from Clientele or Customer Service Representatives.
- Ensure the information needed to build an estimate has been provided and clarify any missing or incomplete information.
- Use MIS system to generate pricing scenarios that best fit the customers’ needs and offer the best price option while keeping quality high.
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Manage the management information system, updating it regularly with customer information as required.
