Our client is a leading graphics, signage and large format print company that has won awards for the production of their superb range of point of sale, graphics, indoor and outdoor signage, posters and exhibition stands.
They are currently recruiting for an Estimator / Account Manager with experience dealing with clients and suppliers to join their expanding team.
Candidates must have previous estimating / customer services experience, ideally in large format however the client will consider any print background.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
· Looking after accounts for various bespoke and ad hoc clients.
· Produce estimates within agreed timescales.
· Liaise with other departments.
· Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved throughout.
· Manage client communications in most effective manner.
· Ensure jobs are processed and managed in line with procedures and meeting client’s requirements.
· Ensure all jobs are managed within the agreed timescales.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm / Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
20 days holiday + bank holidays with 1 day added for every year after 5 years’ service (to a maximum of 10)
