They are currently recruiting for an Estimator / Account Manager with experience dealing with clients and suppliers to join their expanding team. Candidates must have previous estimating / customer services experience, ideally in large format however the client will consider any print background. Responsibilities / Requirements: · Looking after accounts for various bespoke and ad hoc clients. · Produce estimates within agreed timescales. · Liaise with other departments. · Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved throughout. · Manage client communications in most effective manner. · Ensure jobs are processed and managed in line with procedures and meeting client’s requirements. · Ensure all jobs are managed within the agreed timescales. Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm / Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm 20 days holiday + bank holidays with 1 day added for every year after 5 years’ service (to a maximum of 10) Share this job: #J-18808-Ljbffr
